Petr graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 1988 and received a master’s degree of JUDr. (Doctor of Law). He has been a practicing lawyer since 1991. From the outset of Peter’s career, his focus included business law.

Legal advisory in clients’ fields of activity has defined Peter’s specialization in various areas including pharmaceuticals, health care, travel and tourism, outdoor advertising, innovative technologies, automation, the food industry, engineering and automotive.

​

Petr’s activities in advertising more than 15 years ago opened up to him new opportunities that have progressively become a major part of his work. He has managed to combine his interests with advocacy. Petr deals with film and theatre copyright issues and has participated in more than 30 movie productions.

​

A major part of his work includes advising on corporate law including disputes between shareholders and/or disputes between a company and its body’s members.

​

For Petr, supporting the non-profit sector is very important. He provides advisory and support for this sector, notably for health care and culture, and cooperates with several foundations.
