Mgr. Klára Donathová graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (2002). She started off her career in the banking sector and joined the Pitra – Pýcha law office about two years later, staying with the firm also after its transformation to PITRA – PÝCHA, advokáti s.r.o. Klára passed the bar examination and became a registered attorney-at-law in 2006. She focuses especially on providing legal services to Italian clients and specialises in commercial and civil law of contracts, mergers&acquisitions, promissory notes law, real estate and enforcement of receivables.
